In recent years, our team devised an extensive plan to participate in a more equitable and sustainable future — one in which everyone can trust Adore Me to provide bras & lingerie that are affordable, well-fitting, and increasingly sustainable. This plan marked the beginning of a company-wide transformation that brought so many sustainability-focused initiatives to fruition.

In 2022, one of our biggest and most prominent initiatives came to life: the Adore Me Cares program. The program is the home base of all things sustainability at Adore Me — things like sustainability communications, eco design, supplier selection, carbon footprint management, and more.

Let Us Help You Shop More Responsibly

Sustainable fashion usually comes with confusing messaging and expensive price tags — but we know that if sustainable fashion isn’t easily available to everyone, then its impact will be limited.

That’s why our entire team — from our designers, to our supply chain, to our data analysts — operate with sustainability in mind. We’re making sustainable fashion not a luxury, but a default. 

While Adore Me Cares is an overarching program that encompasses all Adore Me’s sustainability initiatives, our Marketing team also uses it as a way to communicate with you — our customer — about what you buy from us.

We want to make it as clear as possible to you which products on our website are the most sustainable, so that you can make informed decisions when shopping with us.

Knowing that even the most sustainable products on the market have a lot of room for improvement, our scale was designed so that no Adore Me product will receive a perfect score of 5.

  • The designers over at Adore Me are constantly working to improve the score of all our products — so while there are many styles on our website that were made using sustainable practices and/or materials, only the products that achieve a score of 1 or above are sufficiently “sustainable” to carry our Adore Me Cares badge.
