Exchanged orders must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days. Final sale items may be exchanged for the same style, different size while stock lasts.

We apologize, but right now we are unable to process returns & exchanges for UAE, Mexico, Singapore, Saudi Arabia and New Zealand. For further assistance please reach out to us via the Contact Us form.

Returns

Returns are easy and convenient! You can request a return from your account. Each returned set is subject to a $5.95 restocking fee. Free tracking is included for all addresses within the U.S. Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Make sure to ship back your entire set in its new, unworn condition* within 30 days of delivery. Sets received 30 days after delivery, or incomplete sets will not be accepted.

Repack items in their original packaging and seal the box securely with tape. If your poly-mailer is not reusable, simply send your items in the Adore Me box.

Please print your pre-paid Return Label and affix to your original package. You must cover or remove any original shipping information. If not, your package might be lost or rejected by the warehouse.

Schedule a pickup, give the package to your mailman, drop it in your mailbox, at work or at a post office without waiting in line. Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this may result in delays. Allow 30 days for us to process your request upon receipt.

* For sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept items where the garment tag has been cut or removed, as well as panties and swimsuits where the protective adhesive strip had been removed. Thus Items not in new or unworn condition will be rejected during the sanitary inspection.
