The clothes you shop for are only as good as their parts — but the origin of those parts is equally as important. The team at Adore Me takes our relationships with our suppliers very seriously — which means we make it a top priority to know, assess, and support our supply chain.

The GAME Program

The GAME Program was developed by the team at Adore Me to effectively evaluate each of our suppliers across a number of specific items, split under 5 categories.

By assessing our suppliers, our team is empowered to facilitate meaningful discussions and gain valuable insight on where they stand regarding certain environmental or social impacts — and their plans to improve in the future.

  • Energy Savings & Emissions Management

How are the supplier’s greenhouse gas emissions measured, and how often are they measured? How much of the information available is accurately disclosed to brands and consumers?

  • Water Management

How does the supplier prevent contaminated water from entering uncontaminated streams? How often is water reused and/or recycled on site?

  • Chemicals Management

How often does the supplier perform hazard assessments? How are potential sources of harm identified, and what measures are in place to prevent them?

  • Waste Management

What actions does the supplier take to reduce the amount of excess raw materials? Are unused raw materials destroyed, or are they recycled and/or donated?

  • People & Community

What policies does the supplier have in place to protect their employees? Are employees paid fair wages and provided safe working conditions? How often does the supplier help/donate to the community that surrounds them?
